At Integrity Orthodontics, we are always excited to meet new patients and their families! It is important to us that your first visit is comfortable, informative, and enjoyable. While you are here you will have the opportunity to meet our team and have one-on-one time with the doctor.
Dr. Adebayo will complete a thorough oral exam, after which she will discuss with you what she sees and answer any questions you may have.
If it is the appropriate time for treatment, she will recommend setting up an appointment for diagnostic records, which include x-rays, diagnostic photos, and iTero digital scans of your teeth for models to be made. Dr. Adebayo will review all of your records and come up with a comprehensive, individualized treatment plan based on your specific needs.
If it is not the appropriate time for treatment the doctors will continue to monitor growth and development for ideal timing. Dr. Adebayo is very conservative when it comes to early, also know as interceptive or phase I, treatment and always prefers to wait until most of the permanent teeth have erupted, if possible. There are however, times that early treatment is necessary to achieve results that may be unattainable if treatment were to be done at an older age. She will be sure to let you know if early treatment is necessary or if it would be purely for esthetics.

What happens at my initial visit?
Great question! Dr. Adebayo will do a complimentary exam to see if you are ready for treatment and what a treatment plan might look like based on what she sees at the visit.
She will be sure to answer any questions you have and you’ll be able to to see the office and talk with us about insurance questions.
If you are ready for treatment we will schedule a “records appointment.”
At this second appointment we’ll do two x-rays, a iTero digital scan for models, diagnostic photos, and a full review of all the findings on a big screen to finalize the treatment plan and discuss all of the details and fees.
Do I have to pay anything?
You don’t have to pay anything for the intial visit and exam. If you decide you want to move forward after the intial exam, there will be a $150 charge for the second “records appointment” for x-rays, digital scans, and a more intricate analysis. You are not obligated to do pay the $150 or do a second exam.
Am I obligated to move forward with treatment?
You are not obligated to start treatment (although we hope you feel comfortable here and will choose to become a part of our patient family!).
Who will I be seeing?
At our office, we pride ourselves on the fact that you will see Dr. Adebayo at every regularly scheduled treatment appointment.
One of Dr. Adebayo’s favorite things about being an orthodontist is YOU (her patients) and she loves to be able to spend time with you at each appointment.
Do I need to bring anything with me?
Before you come you will have the opportunity to fill out most paperwork on our website (including your (or your child’s) medical history and a HIPPA/Privacy form.
If you have orthodontic insurance coverage it would be helpful if you brought your insurance card with you so we can be sure to give you as much information as possible while you are here.
